INCLUDED IN THE BORO SQUAD FOR THE 2nd TIME WILL BE DEAN WINDASS, I FEEL SURE DEAN WILL BE GIVEN A RUN OUT AT SOME STAGE OF THE GAME, THOUGH I EXPECT BLOTT AND BERNARD TO LINE UP IN ATTACK FROM THE KICK OFF.
PARKGATE ARE 7th IN THE LEAGUE AT THE MOMENT WITH 19 POINTS FROM THEIR 10 STARTS, THEY WERE COMFORTABLY BEATEN IN THEIR LAST HOME LEAGUE MATCH BY OUR LANDLORDS BRIDLINGTON TOWN, CRAIG PALMER AND CRAIG HOGG HAD GIVEN TOWN A 2-0 HALF TIME LEAD AND HOGG ADDED A 2nd IN THE 2nd HALF, PARKGATE GRABBED A LATE CONSOLATION GOAL.
BRIDLINGTON TOWN ARE ALSO MAKING A SIMILAR JOURNEY TO US IN THEIR VASE GAME, THEY GO TO DINNINGTON.
PARKGATE ARE OBVIOUSLY LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR VISIT AND THE CHANCE TO SEE DEAN WINDASS IN ACTION, THE FOLLOWING ARTICLE IS COPIED FROM THEIR OWN SITE.
Windass has signed for the Seadogs and has agreed to play when TV commitments allow.
Doug Shelley has also been busy in the transfer market and has signed a few new players including goalkeeper Jamie Bailey. Shelley's men have proved time and time again that they can play on the big stage so tomorrow's game should be a beauty!
Kick off is at 3pm.
